For safety, health, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been shipped, even if unopened.

We carefully inspect and package every order. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• A brief description of the issue
If verified, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Replacements are only issued for verified cases of damage or error in fulfillment.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. If you need to make a change immediately after purchase, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
